We
are fortunate to have Scott Wood come speak to us – we want
to thank him for waiving his usual fee of $1,800 to bring us this
valuable information!
Don’t
miss this opportunity!
Scott Wood is the Technical Director and lead Thermographer/construction
defect investigator of Four Star Cleaning and Restoration, Inc.,
as well as the Building Science Institutes primary consultant
and instructor. He has performed hundreds of infrared thermography
site evaluations as well as published numerous papers, provided
presentations, clinics and workshops regarding infrared thermography’s
use in building science.
The talk will cover a basic explanation of the science of infrared,
as well as how and what infrared thermography “sees”
and can’t “see”! Infrared can be key to the
investigations of buildings and the location of thermal anomalies
or possible problems or defects within the building’s structure
or components. “The Use of Infrared thermograph in Buildings”
will provide examples at what infrared thermography sees in the
building environment and why it is so useful.
