Dan
McLennon has represented general contractors, subcontractors,
owners, and developers for over 20 years in hundreds of work-outs,
mediations, arbitrations, and lawsuits. With his assistance, clients
have resolved license and discipline issues, payment and delay claims,
contract disputes, lien and stop notice claims, defect actions, and
landlord-tenant actions, along with general civil litigation matters.
Dan has a special passion for making insurance companies live up to
their promises to contractors.
Bob
Buchanan represents startups and emerging growth companies,
providing a broad range of services including business purchase and
sale transactions, LLC and corporate formations (including startup
investments), drafting contracts and agreements, and business tax
planning and consultation. His clients represent a variety of industries,
including construction, advertising, information technology and e-commerce,
biotechnology, retail and consumer goods. Mr. Buchanan is a U.S. Army
veteran (broadcast journalist) holding an LL.M. in Taxation from New
York University, a law degree (magna cum laude) from Gonzaga, and
an B.A. from University of Alaska.
